I booked Mussorie Nainital package for * of my family member travel date **-Aug and return date **-Aug including me and because of the weather i cancel my holiday plan on **-Aug..After that i was following up with Golden trip team and still after * week also they have not refunded my money in my account.The total money transfered in Golden trip account was **k and as per Golden trip *% will get deducted and you will get refund of ***** and for the proof i have mails also,bank statement. Few back also after followup goldentrip team told me that you will get refund between **-** oct.Today on **th oct when i called they told that they can't refund because you have cancelled after ** days of booking.but in mail they have not mentioned any such clause and even after * months they are telling ,though in mail they clearly mentioned that they are refunding *****.Now they are talking roughly and with their words,it's clear that they are in no mood of refunding.Just they want more time and after more than * month now i will not give.
