I have applied for the cancellation of the flat on *th July, **** and got mail for confirmation & refund of amount in ** working days.

After more than ** days we followed up and the sales team person told the cheque is pending for signature.
Its More Than Two Months, I'm Yet To Get The Refund Amount.
I have contacted all concerned team multiple times, but failed to get any positive response.
Now its more than a month after that bringing to their notice and warning of me going to court, still there is no update.
I have attached screen shot of all the required information.
Please Look Into The Matter And Let Me Know When I Can Expect total Refund & compensation for the delay.
