https www travolook in - Booking amount not Refunded

I booked a ticket today from this website https://www.travolook.in/ (Wing In Travel) today at *:** PM. After booking I didn't receive my Confirmation email or message from the Airline and I called their customer care number and they told me that the flight booking had been cancelled due to fare expiration (The website Refrence ID REF*********). I received an email from them and they haven't mentioned anything about the refund there. I immediately Googled this website and found out a lot of people were scammed by this website and they never got any refund.
Please help me. I am going to the police station to file the case.
