Here i have booked a villa named as Kings Flower Villa in lonavala on a very next day i received a call from their care taker asking me to cancel the villa and make an offline payment of the same amount, to which i refused and said i won't do it since i need a proper bill and that will not be produced if i do it offline.
To which the care taker responded that the villa is leaking from inside you have to cancel..
Later for my understanding i accepted to him and said fine i'll do it offline and the care taker said fine send me the payment on the QR code but i refused and said that you had said its leaking, now the person is saying that "the villa is all ok, i just said so that you cancel"
Now understanding the intention of them i refused to cancel and said that i will be staying in same villa no matter what, he said do whatever you want.
Now after * days of payment when i was checking the booking than the property in not even available on Agoda ie. Property not found.
The property manager has delisted the Villa from the portal and not even answering the calls nor responding to messages.
I have already made ***% Payment and still confused that m i going to get the villa or not.
my stay is on **-** July **** for **pax.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
