Oyo Life - Booked room not given

I have moved to Pune and I checked a room in OYO Life (Property ID PUN***) to stay a safe and happy life for the long term. When I saw the room it was quite good and I wanted to book it. They don't have any direct booking option so I had to go through the supervisor who was present at the property to showrooms. The supervisor had told me, he will send the details through WhatsApp and he asked my info. I have given the info on the same day. But still, I didn't receive any booking confirmation. Then I had to follow up the next day. He took * days and said that the room you had visited is booked but we have another room which is the same. So without any visit, I said yes to book the room. Then I received an email for booking and I booked it by paying INR ****/- which includes *-month rent and *-month security deposit. I booked this instantly and I moved to the property after * week of booking. When I reached with all my luggage I found out the room is different than what I visited and preferred to stay in. The room was not clean, the flush tank was broken, washroom door was not lockable and the things mentioned to be provided in the room was not there. The list will go on. When I complained the same to property supervisor he said I will move you to a good room by next month. But didn't I pay for this month as well? He seemed not helping and didn't even thought to make me calm down and didn't even try to solve any of the issues. Then I tried contacting Oyo Life customer service and even raised a complaint with their escalation team. It's been more than ** hours and almost * days nobody had come up with a solution and tried to help. I am calling them every day and all I am hearing is someone will call me back and solve it. But unfortunately, I was calling them again and again. I even asked them to refund my money and I will leave the property right away. They are not doing that either. In the last * days, not even the property supervisor came to me and asked if I have any issues. This is the service they are providing. I am trapped here after spending **k rupees. I was not expecting this from a company which is well known.
