Goibibo Bus - Booked in wrong time

I wrongly booked bus from chennai to Coimbatore on Goibibo booking platform. Then I tried to replace the date or cancelling my travel plan, the website doesn’t allowing me to do the changes. It’s showing error option in the selecting tab. If I do so, atleast I can get refund or changing the plan ASAP, before the booking end time.
