On **/**/**** I have visited Kolkata Car Bazzar Pvt Ltd. It is a *nd sale car showroom. I have selected a car and made advance payment of Rs ****/-. Both party signed the agreement. I wish to take the car on my marriage anniversary, hence request to put delivery date on **/**/****. On Sunday (**/**/****) again I visited and hand over cheque to the owner Amit Sahwoo but he refused to take starting that come on tomorrow and hand over to my Accountant. Again I visit and hand over cheques to accountant, he received and give me receipt on xerox copy of cheque. After that they discussed with Amit Sahoo on mobile and refund my cheques. Then I called Amit he informed me that car which I selected has sold you can choose other car. Advanced money will not be refunded.
