I have booked one room apartment from **,**,** to **.**.** in Dify etienne richerand part dieu Lyon. But the room is having so many cleanliness and other issues. and even after contacting more then ** times the owner is not responding. Its very poor and disappointing. Please instruct the owner to change my room immediately. I am in a very pathetic condition. Please help, the bath area is stuck of water.
