Hotel puspam Central Trichy - Booked AC Room AC was not working while asking they put me in an uncomfortable atage

I have checked in today in AC single room, but AC was not working, when I asked the person , he asked me to change the room, I told him that I will check that room efirw check in, he told me that it is not possible and when I approach the reception, the lady in the reception also told me that and it went in to argument and allmost all the male employees came in to the reception and questioned me and ready to hit me, I was almost in danger zoom and I got depression and mental health issue
