Urban company kolkata - Booked a slot in urban company but no service provided and money deducted

I booked a slot at **.** am for ** Apr **** in urban company for full home cleaning and paid an advance of Rs ***.**, but there was no response from company and money was also deducted. Urban company doesn't have any customer care no.also & there is no provision for talking to service provider
