Agoda com - Booked a hotel and got cheated

I booked a hotel room on April **th through agoda for April ** in kings cross residency. When I went there he said he doesn’t get any mail confirmation for booking . But I have paid and received a confirmation mail .he asked me to check his mail and I refused.then he gave a agoda customer number . I called and spoke he said me to download anydesk app and ask me accept broadcasting and then to open camera and asked me to open the google pay and accounts . I asked him why should I open this . You refund me in this miner through g pay I said . Again again he said the same thing . I got irritated and said I’ll go to the police then he told I connect you to senior and again I called him he started speaking in Hindi and told me to speak in Hindi . Before he spoke me in English and he’s doing like this . And again I paid for the room and still now I didn’t get any refund .. agoda is really worst
