Oddity Healthcare Private Limited - Boldcare fooling around without refunding

I placed an order on **th Feb '** and they kept sending it to wrong address. I cancelled and asked for refund and they took the request and never processed the refund until my second time. I followed up and they told me that they refunded to my IDFC account. There was no such refunds make and i raised a complaint with IDFC as they suggested asking me to prove them that I dint get the refund. My bank checked and confirmed the same. They tagged Cashfree, their payment partner. Few days later I dropped a review on GMB about this issue and a guy named Javed called me saying that they had refunded to my Induslnd Bank on **th Feb whereas I never had a account their in that month. When I told that they came around saying that it was refunded to my HDFC and I told them stop lying because the UPI i used for purchase was associated with IDFC and also that there was no refund made to my HDFC either. Then they came around giving me some random HDFC account number saying they refunded it there and when I showed that it's not even my account. They stopped responding after saying we understand your frustration. It's a total chaos and agony purchasing anything from them. They are now ignoring my requests.
