Go Mechanic - BOGUS SERVICE

Hello today i was checking on internet for a good car service station
and search ended at go mechanic car service center which turned out to
be nightmare for me. i just dropped my phone number on website and got
a call from there executive named POOJA call was from this number
*********** then she said if i have to book a slot for car service i
have to pay *** rs and then only i will get a **% discount on my
package and *** rs cashback when i paid her the amount online and i
asked about the cashback details then she said it will be given on
next service fake commitment and wrong information provided to me OK
then she assigned me a service executive named AVINASH i had word with
him and he said according to your car requirement you should go for
comprehensive package that is for **** i said OK and when i reached
there at service station he was not present there and told me to talk
to the service station in-charge he will help me solving my queries.

According to the package and they told me they will do everything and
other things what i was asking extra is not required at all i said OK
its fine go ahead.

owner of the station test drives my car and said all is fine nothing to worry.

After half an hour my car parked at the counter where they serviced vehicles.

They started the process *st was engine oil change they bring the oil
can which was already open the bottle seal was broken and the oil
company was mobil *w ** *.* litres
which i was told on phone that they will use a full synthetic oil .
when they pour the oil the in engine and i was looking the bottle was
half filled only they didn't even put the complete engine oil.

Then i told them to service my brake pads and there worker said its ok
didn't even checked then i said he serviced only front brakes when i
told the owner what about rear brake service he said the rear drums
didn't required service up-to * lakhs km and if we try to open the
drum it can get cracked we will not be responsible for the damage. if
your staff is not that efficient then its not customer problem.

Then i asked about the fuel filter they said it has been changed
complete lie i was standing there next to my car they didn't even
change that part.

Battery water check didn't even happen but said its done sir.

Tyre rotation process was not done i asked about it and they said its
been done . Tyre sides were not changed all fake.

In throttle body cleaning process they just sprayed a fluid in
throttle body without opening any pipe or the part all bogus if this
type of service has to be done then anyone can do it by themselves no
one will require a mechanic or trained professional. Just spraying on
the throttle body for * seconds cleans it properly then company
authorized service centers are fools.

NO GEAR OIL TOP UP

NO BRAKE FLUID TOP UP

NO SCANNING DONE


Now comes the washing process they didn't even vacuum my car i was all
seeing the process in front of my eyes single driver side Matt
washed

old used shampoo or detergent which was being used on previous car
dirty cloth used in washing process.

and finally car was hand over to me and at the time of billing i asked
all things have been done they said yes.


i paid around **** rs for this shit service.


and after this i got call from Avinash and he ask me all work done
sir please give me a good rating i told him all this and he says i
will talk to the owner and but its not my fault he was assigned to me
he should be at the service station after payment he is calling me for
rating and another thing that customer care executive POOJA who
provided me wrong info regarding cashback.
