I had purchased Boat Rockerz *** pro ink black wireless headphones on ** june **** and the product serial number is Boat serial no MSGS*******.Within few days it stopped working.I visited authorised boat service center located at abids where they denied service claiming its new model and i need to get warranty claimed through online which I tried multiple times but in vain.I emailed my concern to company but still they are not helping and making things more complicated.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
