Dear Boat team,
My name is Piyush barua. I am an honest customer on boat products but the type of service which has been provided by your team is pathetic and discouraging.
i'll write down the complete scenario which I have faced.
On **st i went to the boat service center *(F* Info Solution, ***, *th floor, Hans Plaza, Ambedkar Road, Ghaziabad, UP, Pin: ******) At around **:** i was asked to wait outside for ** to ** minutes then after that i was called inside later on i was asked to sit inside the center where i was waiting for almost * hours for my complaint to be registered.
after asking so many time to the lady sitting on the front desk she didn't replied any thing in such situation any customer will be frustrated and so was i. at first i asked that lady how much time will it take for you guys to register once complain she answered one hour hence my reply was we cannot wait for so long and she said sir wait to krna padeyga warna bahar chale jaow .
i got so frustrated and i shouted on her saying how can she talk to a customer like this and i called her idiot. Hearing idiot from my mouth the manager came out ( vidit sharma ) and asked me how can i call her idiot but he cannot see how frustrated a customer was i apologized also for calling her idiot seeing the support from the seniors that lady started clarifying her self and shouted and said shut up to me i couldn't say anything because the seniors were supporting her blindly also i was scared that they will take this personally and my product will not be replaced.
which exactly happened they asked me to write down m y details on a piece of paper and said ill get the mail.
i waited for whole day but didn't receive any mail for the center later on next day i tried to call the store but no one answered the i tried calling the manager of the store several times but he also did not answered the call after following the hierarchy i called the BM of the service center Mr. Dharmendra Sharma on **nd of September ****.
after that my complaint was raised .
today its been **th of September **** almost * days after i raised my complaint.
i tried calling the store manager for the update of my product but as usual he didn't answered my call at first then i called the center landline that also was not answered so i dropped a whatsapp message to the manager (Vidit sharma) that ill contact his RM after reading that he replied me by that time i already called the R.M ( Mr. Dharmendra Sharma) and shared my issue with him and asked for the update on my product and the reply he gave me was sir our responsibility is only to raise the complaint rest is boats responsibility. i also asked him how much time does it takes because its already been * days so he said sir sometimes it can take more that that also and after asking that you guys have written *-* days what about that the reply was sir you have to talk to boat people regarding that. This is the worst service which can ever be provided to a customer and i am definitely taking this matter on a legal ground. I hope proper actions will be taken on the same.

this was the mail which i sent to boat and didnt got any reply not only that but the replaced product also stopped working within a month.
