I purchased boAt BassHeads *** Special Edition in-Ear Headphones with Mic (Blue) from amazon but it's one side was not working so I registered the complaint to boat for repairing of my product on ** August **** as it was in warranty period and my product was picked up by delivery boy from the given location. It was guaranteed that the product only takes ** - ** days for repairing/replacement. But it hasn't been delivered till now and this is * October ****.
Above this all, The worst thing is that when trying to connect their customer care they will keep your call in waiting because all of their executives are busy and they simply disconnect the call says that they will get back to us in shortly but after that, they won't even send any SMS and call
