Kamla bus - Boarding issue

मेरे द्वारा कमला बस से शिवपुरी से गुना के लिए टिकिट किया गया जिसमें बोर्डिंग ग्वालियर बायपास रखा गया और टाइम १८:०० दिया गया में जब १७:४५ पर बस के लिए बस के आने के बारे में कॉल किया की बस कितनी लेट है तो tickts पर दिए गए नंबर से कॉल किया तो बोला गया की ये नंबर इस बस का नंबर नहीं है और में काफी परेशान होने के बाद जब बस का नंबर मिला तो बस वाला बोला की बस बस स्टैंड आ चुकी है जबकि उस टाइम १८:०० नहीं बजे थे और मेरा बोर्डिंग १८:०० था मैने बोला कि आप बस टाइम से पहले कैसे ले गए तब बस वाला बोला आपके पास २० मिनट्स है आप बस स्टैंड आ जाइए और कहा गया कि आप आप अपने बोर्डिंग पर क्या कर राए है
