i called customer care many times but never recieved any response. once i received a call from their side and i was told that my complaint has been filed and i will receive the feedback of action taken, but no call is there even after * days. Idea cellular is bluffing me continuously. my no. - **********
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
