On **th Aug ****, I received the COD courier from the seller using BlueDart. I tried to pay rs ****.** with QR scanning but due to a technical glitch, the amount was deducted twice from my HDFC account.
I paid the courier with Cash and lodged a complaint with the bluedart CS of the incident. after several emails I got refund of ****rs on *th Sept ****.
I didnot get the second refund as on **th Aug ****rs was dedcuted twice and I should get the refund of ******= ****rs in total.
on following up with blueDart CS officials several time and asking for details of the trasactions they fail to offer me offer solution, refund or support to their claim that they have refunded me full money.
on **-*-**** I got email from the Bluedart CS official that they have received the transaction ID from the third party.

and the data sent by them (BlueDart) was false and the matter is funny for them.

The used the transaction id from my sent screenshots of bank statement.
they sent this-
ARN\RRN id ************ for transaction which according to thier data is paid on *th sept where as this ID is corresponding to the transaction I paid to them on **-*-**** (false data)
ARN/RRN is ************ for transaction which according to thier data is paid on *th sept where as this ID is corresponding to the transaction of refund i got from them on *th sept ****.

they are just playing with data and harrassing me with daily follow up and irritation.
