Blue Star Advisory Private Limited - Blue star Worst Ac service

I bought a Blue star AC just * and half years back. And there was no cooling effect I raised a complaint on Feb * that there is no cooling effect on AC. On Feb * th a person from VCK enterprises Blue star dealer came and said the issue is that the connectivity wire is not proper and got *** rs as wire cost and service charge of *** rs. But the ac was not working. After this again I raised a complaint. An other person came and said there is an issue in Gas and it should be filled. He got **** for filling gas and didn't even wait to check if it is working properly. I again raised a complaint and without my notice they cancelled the ticket stating customer asked to cancel. But I didn't do so. This happened * times. Again I raised a complaint. An other person came and said some problem with internal wire and changed it but even after that it doesn't work. They simply closed the ticket. Again I raised a complaint other person came and said there is no issue in the wire it works even with the older wire. But the gas was overfilled it should be released and refilled. Again I raised a complaint. And other person came and checked with his brand new board and said there is a problem with compressor and the board works fine. So I sent a mail to blue star stating a compressor should last for ** years how come it is not working in just * and half years of time. Then they said they would change the compressor at their own cost. But after that they are saying this compressor will not work with that board and board is damaged. All the * service engineers who came said the board works fine but at last they said there is an issue in board which will again cost ****. AC cost is *****. For this AC complaint they irritated me like this for all most * and half months and now they came and say a different issue. I said I dont trust them. So for that they said only if we give **** they will change the board. But I already spent so much of money on this AC. They just delivered my AC. But it is not working. But they looted my money, time and energy. I need justice for this. Almost * engineers came don't they know board is the problem at first place. If it is so I would not have spent this much of money simply on gas, wire, service charge etc. They sold me an outdated product for which the compressor is not working. And the owner of VCK said his new board is damaged because of this compressor. Then I am asking a question my board will also be damaged because of your out dated compressor then why should I pay money for that? But they don't ever accept their mistake and they are asking me extra **** Rs. I need my AC to be fixed at their own cost as the problem is at their end.
