I had purchased ASUS VivoBook Ultra K** (****) Laptop (*GB RAM/***GB SSD/Window **/Integrated on dated **/**/**** but in the last ** days a technical problem is coming. My Asus screen showing some error while opening. Here I am showing my screenshot and doc. of purchase of my laptop. I had requested and mailed also to resolve my problem ASAP.
As I have complained about my Asus Notebook till now no one has come to see my complaint. Is this the kind of service that your Asus company is providing to customers?
Now I wonder why did I spend such a huge amount to buy an Asus laptop, if I had ever known before that your services are so bad I would never have bought this Asus manufactured model.
I had telephoned your customer care no.*********** several times only once they had responded one week before but no one has come back to attend the complaint, its case ID is A**********.
I suggest everybody doesn't buy any Asus model, better to purchase any other Laptop brand. They can not provide any services if the problem comes like I am facing
My Asus Model serial nummber is LCNOCX**X******.
