bloom interior - Bloom Interiors in Vizag is not completing My house interior

I own a Property a *bhk flat in Reputed Gated community. In Aug **** Bloom Interior reached me to work on my interiors and assured the work will be complete in ** days and max ** days which is November ****. I paid *-* lach in cash and the interior guys agreed to pay a rent of ***** a month from Jan **** as the work is not completed. This is September and still the work is not completed. I would like to file a complaint on this.
