Seed Infotech Ltd. - Blocked my job profile from getting Further Placement assistance

I had completed my SAP MM from Seed infotech in March **** paying an hefty fees of approximately * lacs paid via cheques. I was promised complete placement assistance after completion of the course. I did get several mails for jobs from them. Due to some reason or other I was not able to attend the interview since I found them not as per my expectatikns. What I was not aware of and was not informed about was that I am not allowed to say no to interviews or speak directly with the companies who had written mail to me. I am a working professional and attending all the interviews was not possible for me especially if they are out of cities. Citing the reason that I am very selective and I wrote directly to the employer (this I was not informed that I am not suppose to do), Seedinfotech blocked my profile and they are not sending my details to the companies were there are job openings even though thier services include complete placement assistance. They had never during the initial stages of admission informed me that my profile will be blocked or will be frozen if I don't attend interview. This is unfair and I want my profile to be unblocked and my details to to sent to employer just like other students. I have all the mails that I had written to them where they have informed me without any prior warning that my profile will be frozen. I have all the companies's mails which have instructions that these mails are confidential hence I am not sure if I can share them. All I want is my job profile to be unfrozen immediately.
