DEVAS UNLIMITED filed complaint against Blink commerce private limited on Feb 9, 2026
We onboarded at Blinkit last year and handed over stock. In Sept, Blinkit introduced a new level-based listing model, where products go live only in selected dark stores.
This model failed—if stock is live in only ** dark stores, it cannot scale to the next level or reach all dark stores. Due to this, we raised a recall request in Oct ****.
Till date, the stock has not been returned, yet storage charges continue to be applied.
Despite raising ***+ support tickets, most are auto-closed without resolution. Our payout has now turned negative.
Blinkit promised a credit note for ageing charges in the January payout, but it was never issued. Support has since gone silent.
