Success Edge CA coaching centres - Blackmailing to refund my money

We had paid fee to success Edge Coaching centre On march **th.
Now I want to drop from the course.
The classes have not yet started.
It starts on *th April. We are asking refund from **th March.They called and tortured telling seats are getting over. So we couldn't make a correct decision.
According to the law if a person has not taken the benefit of that product or unused he should be eligible for a refund. The classes have not yet started So I requested for a refund.
When I ask for a refund they told do what ever u want.
