KIA Seltos - Bitter Experience of KIA Dealership

Hi,

I just wanted to explicate about my experience with KIA so called KIA Dealership, Which was quite horrifying:

· I have book KIA GT ( Plus) AUTO in the month of Oct through your authorized dealer M/s ANSH KIA at ROHTAK-****** ( Haryana) against the advance booking payment of Rs **,***/- on the time of booking they confirmed me to deliver my ordered car on **th Nov.

· Post booking nearer to delivery date I was keep following about my delivery of car but there were no response from there end, Neither they confirm on delivery date nor responding. Some point of time they refused to pick my call? Is that the way of culture in KIA??

· Initially they were offer me to give some discount on the time of vehicle delivery when I went to showroom to take delivery on **st Dec along with my family I told them that I will not have vehicle insurance from your end since you are charging too much premium which I will do it my own is own, On the moment I told the GM of the dealership refuse to give delivery of vehicle and he said ( aapko insurance to ham se hi leni padigi tabhi gadi milegi), I just wanted to confirm is the policy of KIA Motors?? If no then how can they force to take??

· Imagine that I was at showroom along with my family and GM of the RANSH KIA was created so much of HANGAMA and forced me to take insurance as well as vehicle accessories.

· I have putted aprox **k accessories with in the **days accessories start getting damages (enclosed pics) for your ready reference.

During these comparative market scenario customers had many choices I just wanted to understand is this the way of culture to handle customers in KIA?? Had a very inferior and bitter experience with KIA dealership RANSH KIA especially with the staff, quite worried how they will treat me at service point after spending **lac.
