Bitbns - BITBNS Withdrawal Amount not credited into my bank account

Hi. I had used Bitbns cryptocurrency portal to buy and sell crypto. On November **, **** I made a withdrawal request of Rs. ******.** from INR wallet in the portal to my registered bank account. It had initially said a delay time-period of **-** days would be required to process the withdrawal. It has been nearly * months now and that withdrawal amount is still stuck in processing. I have raised a support ticket on their platform. Other than an automated response upon raising the ticket, no other response or contact was made from their end to resolve this issue and process my money. I have another Rs. *****.** stuck in their wallet which I cannot initiate withdrawal as well. Hence, a total of Rs. *,**,***.** is stuck for me on this portal. Kindly help me retrieve this amount from them. Also, found that almost all investors are facing this issue with Bitbns and they have raised their concerns on twitter as well.
