Floraindia - Birthday cake never received and no money return

I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday that she never received. I called support guy much time and every time he said the guy will reach in ** min. And later hanged up on me. They are no money return mechanism on the website. The scammer has my bank details and my email id. I can only imagine how much money they make by this. Please help me get the money back so that they can never fool more people.
