I am writing to report a deposit issue with the Binomo trading platform where my money has been deducted from my bank account but not credited to my Binomo wallet.
On **th January ****, I attempted to deposit ₹*,*** (₹***.**) into my Binomo account. The app directed me to pay via UPI to their authorized payment service provider named "Alkesh Choudhary".
I successfully transferred the amount via UPI. However, the status in the Binomo app is still showing as "Pending/Rejected," and Binomo support is denying the receipt of funds, even though the transaction was successful at my bank's end.

Grievance:
Despite providing the official bank transaction screenshot and the UTR number confirming the payment was successfully made to their designated agent (Alkesh Choudhary), Binomo refuses to update my balance. This amounts to unfair trade practice and misappropriation of funds.
Desired Resolution:
I request Binomo to either immediately credit the ₹*,*** to my trading account or refund the amount back to my source bank account within ** hours.
