Sandesh Mane filed complaint against Airtel Fiber on Aug 22, 2022
In June ****, i requested disconnection of Airtel Xtream fiber and it was discontinued on **th June ****, as per the message I received.
Although my services ended in June itself, my Airtel router was also collected by the service provider, still they are billing for next two months(July-August).
The customer care department isn't taking this issue seriously.
