SDMH Goods Receipt Counter IIIrd Floor - Bills against medicines not being provided

I am forced to sit on stairs for approx one hour and bills against medicines purchased are not being provided to me by Goods Receipt Counter at IIIrd FLoor of SDMH Hospital Jaipur. Two ladies are sitting on counter, one is occupied on mobile consistently and second is occupied in forcing me to go somewhere ( Without even having any work ) and this wi take time. They are not even committing the exact time, this shall take as again and again they are only telling ABHI KAM SE KAM AADHA GHANTAA LAGEGA. The name of both the ladies have been told as Pratibha and Aarti. On further requesting them to expedite the same, both of them started shouting upon me, as if we had made blunder by choosing SDMH for treatment.

This is the response they are giving to that patient, who has opted for LDR Package, only God knows how they would have been treating the other patients.

I also have a simple question here when payments have been made by the patient for purchase of medicines, why they must be compelled to wait for such a long time. We can't have these kind of bitter experiences anywhere in any hospital in India.

Needful action at the earliest shall be highly appreciable.
