Dear Sir / Madam,

I would like to bring to your notice that I Jayaprakash an regular customer for your firm.
On *th Sep ** i have purchased goods worth (bill amount) Rs.****/- in which one of the product was Safe Wash * KG (*+*) with MRP Rs.***/- and the offer was buy one and get one free.
This i have informed in the billing counter to the girl who was bill the item,When i checked the bill to my surprise i found the item was billed Rs.***.** instead ***.** how do i get back the excess amount billed.This is not the *st time i come across the billing error,I think this is a regular practice by you people taking customer for ride.

I do not know it is Ignorance / Intentional / or intelligence of you people.

I request once again to return the excess billed amount.
