Roma filed complaint against Lifecell Health Care (INDIA) Private Limited on Sep 15, 2021
Arranged for * Covid RT-PCR tests in the month of March **** for which receipt is yet to be received. Although we have the reports with us. The same was arranged through Lifecell in Chennai. Now Lifecell is refusing to provide the receipt copy and asking us the approach the lab without even realizing that the months of March - May **** were difficult time for India and was a complete shut down. The appointment was booked through call centre, Sample collected, Report generated. I am not able to understand where has our money gone if the Company is not able to generate the receipt? Also how come the report got generated ? What is the authenticity of the Report that was delivered to us and the corporation?
