vodafone idea ltd - Bill overcharged double charges
Sanjeev Malhotra filed complaint against vodafone idea ltd on Jan 1, 2025
We have activated our VI family plan of * members on *th Dec. Before that all the past payments were cleared. This month has additional charges of ****/- of last month billing. We have written many emails to customer service and to Esclation team also but there is no response.
Kindly help in resolving our issue as * of my family members are on stake.
