Sharma Movers and packers Pune - Bill not received and insurance not passed

I have moved from Pune (MH) to Ahmedabad(Guj) and have chosen "Sharma Movers and packers" for moving my luggage. I have been given assurance that there will be no damage and if there is a damage, the same will be covered under insurance. I have paid ***** for the service I have taken from them.

Issue:
It has been a week now and they have still not sent me bill with GST where I paid insurance +GST and made full payments to them. My household things worth Rs.*****/- has been broken. They are just giving false commitments of bill and insurance. Even SOft copy of bill I have been asking since one week daily and making many follow up calls but no one sends a bill soft copy and not even compensating on my damage caused by them.
