North east medical north lakhimpur - Bill not provided

Pragnent Patients discharge on *nd February from north east hospital north lakhimpur Assam, total cost of bill *****, Because of ayushman card they reduce/relief the amount ***** from *****, but they didn't provide the bill to us, when I approach to hospitals for claiming bill they refuse to provide me the bill.
On *nd Feb when Patients discharged I immediately complained on pmjay website, even they get response from the hospital that they charged only for cabin which is costly around **** for * days.
I request you plz take a look into this matter which happens since long time in all private hospitals in north lakhimpur Assam.
