I paid my pspcl bill of account f**ng******k of amount ***** on due date *-**-****.But on **/**/**** mobikwik said your transaction is failed and your amount is refund in your account. Now today I am fined Rs *** by PSPCL. My contact no. Is **********.I also complained in consumer affairs but all in vain.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
