PK Eit Udyog - Bill issued by company have wrong GST No

*. I have purchased ***** Brick from PK Eit Udyog, Hardi, Ramnagar, West Champaran, Bihar. The bill issued by the PK Eit Udyog has wrong GST No which is contrary to the law of Income Tax Department and the law of GST (Bill is enclosed herewith for your ready reference).
*. I have been paid Rs **,***/- ( Rupees ninety-two thousand four hundred only) for ***** brick. The rate of brick which is paid by me to PK Eit Udyog higher than Govt rate.
*. I would also like to inform that the behaviour of employees of PK Eit Udyog is not so good.
*. In addition of bill, I have some call recording and token of PK Eit Udyog which are sufficient to prove that PK Eit Udyog is a fraud company and the Eit company is in possession to the theft of Income tax. If the same recording and token will be asked by the court the same will be provided.
*. The same case has already forwarded to the income tax department of Bihar by me.
*. Once again highlighted that the GST No of the bill is wrong. Early action is requested, please.
