Lords international packers and movers Mumbai - Bikes not delivered n not returned as well

I had a very very pathetic experience with lords international packers n movers.. wanted to transport my * bikes along with ** boxes of clothes for which they quoted **k for transporting from mumbai to varanasi.
firstly the pick up was promised in the morning but was done at ***pm we had to wait the whole day for them. i should have guessed they would be this unprofessional at that time itself. once the stuff was picked up cost was hiked upto ** k quoting gst n other HIDDEN CHARGES!!!
wat happened next was shocking
once the payment was made they stopped picking up the calls
the boxes reached after * days of the promised time... but THE BIKES NEVER REACHED.
MR SAGAR WAKEKAR (point of contact n manager) stopped picking up phone calls n after repeated calling from multiple numbers he very rudely informed that bikes couldn't be transported due to some regulation issue.
Bikes have not been returned till ** days!!!!
n on trying to talk with Sagar he was rude to the point of being abusive. on asking about refund for being unable to transport the bikes he flatly refused saying they had incurred costs for sending n getting back.
Worst possible response was when he shouted at me saying 'ja jo karna hai karle'.. please dont ever consider using them. i am in the process of filling a complain with the consumer court just to get my own bikes back!
