Rajput motors - Bike RC not given by bike showroom

I purchased a bike from Rajput motors in the year ****. But they are not giving my RC. I have been visiting their place since above mentioned the year. All the time they ask for my documents and I have submitted plenty of times. They always ensure me to make my RC but later put me off with lame excuses. Now I have fed up with them they just ignoring me. Not even bother me. Please help me out as soon as possible. I would be thankful to you.
