Hero Motocrop - Bike Purchase

I am purchased a new bike HERO Karixma XMR (OD**AL****) from ROHAN AUTORIDERS, Bhubaneswar. From starting day the bike having problems of self starting , which is also informed by me to them , but they are answering me that the all the new BS * model having same problem and after servicing it is going to good . My bike had done * service . But the problem is going to large that I am unable to start my bike if I am not trying atleast * min. In trafic area I am also very harassed for this problem. I purchased this bike investing approx * Lakhs but people are laughing at me when I am trying to starting it. Is this a new bike, But I am feeling like this is a demo bike which I have been purchased.


After that I am give it to their workshop for solve this problem. But they are tried from last ** days and no solution is given to me till now. I am complaint (complain id - ************) in your Customer care help line number minimum */*times but no solution given to me till today. I am also talking with your area officer having mob no +************ , but from last *days he is also not answering my call. When I am going to Rohan Service Center they are answering that they haven't any problems and not detected which problem is occurring, the fault is on Hero Company.
