KPN Parcel Service Medavakkam Chennai Tamilnadu - Bike Parcel got delayed by KPN Parcel Service Chennai

I have parceled by bike on **-**-****(Thursday) from Chennai Medavakkam to Pollachi. I got the LR number *********. I didn't get my bike up to **th March. Every day I had to speak with a Medavakkam person. They said only excuses, then on **th March, again he gave new LR number CHE*********.
Finally, I got my bike on **th March. Nearly * days delay. When I received my bike from Pollachi, I found that my side mirrors as missing from my bike. Again I spoke with Medavakkam Parcel service for my side mirrors. Still now(**-**-****) they haven't parceled my side mirrors. I have shared mail also to the KPN service(helpdesk@kpntravels.in
). But no response from their side. I spoke with the Medavakkam parcel person, he's literally using bad words against me and not responding to my order.

I got frustrated by their service. I won't recommend the KPN Parcel service, Medavakkam branch to anyone. Because of their delay, I had missed many occasions. I need the console amount for this delay.
