Splender I smart - Bike not good

I purchased Hero I smart from vikas agency nimbahera district Chittorgarh rajasthan, since starting bikes engen check light is on, while riding. Handle cone set and shock-absorbers are not properly working, engin and self system is making unbearable noices. Headlight is not proper focusing. Seat lock is broken. I have complained * times earlier but there is no response from company side. I am thinking to go for consumer forum now.
