Honda Activa - Bike not delivered

isearched bike in olx ad id **********. He told he is working in army ,name is mohan singh s/o ramachandra singh,shree mohan gali no * paota c road,jodhpur.bike in good condition & he send bike pics ,RC photo,aadhaar card and servicing liquor card.
bike cost is *****rs.on **/**/**** I am sending bike via indian army courier so he told send me ****rs to bank acc details yougank bhardwaj,acc no **************.after sending money he sent me courier receipt. mohan singh mobile no ********** and aadhaar card no ************.
Courier person rajeev (**********)called me told me deposit
security deposit cost ****rs & I called mohan singh he told you are civilian it will be refunded while bike delivery, I send money to same acc number.
again courier person called me you send wrong transaction, you should send me again in two transactions. Again I send ***rs and ****rs.
but bike is not delivered.bike no rj**bb****
