Sir I am from defence and booked my all household items (***** Rs) from suratgarh to Kanpur in full truck by this transport company on ** Dec **.Mr Singh(owner)told that ur items will reached in *-* days.but my items reached on Kanpur border on ** Dec. And driver Mr Surendra told that ur items will not reached to you.this message passed to Mr Singh He advised arrange one lodder for bring ur items to ur house. But when I saw my items in bad condition with other persons items. Suddenly I rangup to Mr Singh that you told me my items will come in full truck. He giving me then silly excuses. But when I checked my bike in broken condition on ** Dec ** with other items. I informed to Mr Singh but he not picking my phone what I will do please advice. Mob no Mr Singh ***********,***********
