Bharat angadala filed complaint against Navatha Transport on Mar 6, 2026

I approached navatha transport for shifting by bike from hyderabad to vijayawada. Upon receiving a call from their office that bike has arrived vijayawada i went to their office but on seeing the condition of my bike i was shocked "the front mudguard got completed destroyed it is broken into two piece. On enquiring the office member and manager are saying that they are not responsible for damage risk is to be completely bore by the customer.

Navatha Transport – Broken and damaged Item delivered Closed

I have got received broken cart ad when I called both sender and receiver persons both are simply saying it's customer risk if that is the case what is the point of choosing navatha transport.
