*rd class service by GoMechanic-Breezeway Automotives in mahipalpur and very bad behavior by Mr. Amandeep (head incharge) They did not used maruti genuine parts but always saying to everyone that we are using only genuine parts for every car.

I replaced my car rear side view mirror & rear bumper from their workshop which is totally duplicate & any one can verify very easily the same. It will cost me Rs. ****/- for duplicate mirror, Rs. ****/- for duplicate bumper & Rs. ****/- for other repair work in my Swift Dzire car on dated **-**-**.

They also using wrong language in front of customers and they also said that we can not provide in return on bill that replaced part is genuine or can not provide any kind of guarantee or warranty in return to anyone.

So guys beware before using there service, they always start with nice talk but at billing time they treat to customers like customer is nothing.

They got approval for my car claim against my car insurance policy but after done all repairing work they told me to pay by my personal expenses because my claim is denied after completion of all work.

Guys belive me they play many tricks with customers to get hard cash from customers b’coz they don’t care about what customer suffers, they just need only money n money without customer satisfaction in billing and work also.
