Phonepe - Bigbasket and Phonepe amount dispute

Had couple of followups with bigbasket and phonepe, looks like both are not interested in returning my money. The transaction happened on ** oct and till date there is no resolution of who will refund my amount. Seriously this is how customer gets harassed.
Below are the covernsation between phone and bigbasket.
Request you to decide on this transaction and refund my amount. Phonepe transaction id is P**********************.

My PhonePe registered number is : ********** and ticket number #*********.
My bigbasket registered number is : **********.

And I have received from big basket the unique request id is ***ceffef**af**a**** and refund ARN Number ************.

It has been more than * weeks. I have had enough follow up with PhonePe and big basket.
Request to please decide on this transaction and refund my amount.

We see that the merchant has shared the ARN for the refund.

Please check your bank account for the refund confirmation. In case the refund has not been credited, we suggest that you contact the merchant for further assistance.

As this payment is a direct transfer between your bank and the merchant's bank, PhonePe does not have access to track your order and refund status.

For any help with orders and refunds, the merchant or the merchant's support team can help you best
