big bazar store parameshwari towers hyd...have charged me for the plastic covers with logo printed..the store name was printed on it..when i asked that this is against govt norms,,then the stor manger and the csd manger started arguing and abusing me in front of family..when i informed that i will file a complaint that time they said that the consumer forum is in their pockets and they give a damm to it..and where saying that even if approach the consumer forum..there head office will take care and said that customers are ants to them as they get many customers daily...even said that i go legally also as they give a damm to the consumer forum
