Future Retail Ltd - Big Bazaar Profit Club Membership Amount not refunded

Dear Sir/Madam,
I was the member of Big Bazaar Profit club with membership number **************. My wallet balance as on date is Rs ***** but all the stores of Big Bazaar were closed. I had sent many mails to their customer support but they only responded onces on May **** and ask me to send bank and kyc details which I tried to send through mail but every time mail bounce back.
Still as on date I didn't received my refund back.
Please guide
